Ultimately, a Systems Analyst is the liaison between the software developer and the client. You will analyze the client’s systems, note the requirements, address any problems, performs tests, and ultimately provide the solution: a new high-quality IT systems.

We are looking for applicants that are able to identify problems and are confident in their realm of expertise to implement a solution for our clients swiftly and accurately.

Examine the client’s current systems and note any system requirements or failures.

Liaise with users about additional requirements or features, and communicate any information collected to developers.

Document interfaces between new and legacy systems.

Coordinate with developers on production and deployment of the new systems.

Test programs to validate any changes and train users who will be using the systems.

Be sure all budget and project deadlines are met.

Stay current on new technologies and technical developments throughout your career.

The ability to learn and retain a decent amount of information in a specified time.

Should have a strong desire to learn and continue learning new technologies to keep your knowledge fresh and your skills sharp.

Daily punctuality is a must. Long-term goals such as project deadlines are expected to be met on time unless communicated otherwise.

You should be capable of being transparent with team members and leaders about issues that may arise throughout the integration process.

Prior knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Previous knowledge of business software applications (SAP)

A degree or certification in Computer Science or a related field.

Entry-Level Systems Analyst

As a database administrator or DBA, you are to manage, secure, and maintain an organization's database system. The DBA monitors and ensures the smooth operation of database systems, as well as performs any necessary repairs. A DBA can work solo on a project, or collaboratively, either way, the main objective a DBA has is to store and manage data securely, give the right people access to it, and organize it so individuals may access it efficiently.

We are looking for applicants who possess an avid interest in IT and a thirst for knowledge - as this role requires that you stay current on the latest technologies.

Maintaining existing databases and creating new ones in compliance with the latest information technologies and cyber security.

Test databases and analyze reports, audit logs, and forensics to determine if any data breaches or security issues.

Add users to the database as needed and assign them the appropriate level of access.

Manage incidents, make executive decisions and be able to carry them out in a high-stress situations.

Define and implement automation that will alert you of performance or integrity issues.

Design and implement a strategy for backing up, archiving, and storing data to back up the database in the event the system is compromised.

The ability to make a solid, passionate investment in the production of a database.

Have a genuine interest in technology to keep up with the latest updates, enabling you to be confident in your decisions.

Be able to utilize productivity tools to use time efficiently and prioritize or automate tasks.

Able to perform tasks that require strong attention to detail and include multiple steps.

Communicate your views, instructions, and/or guidance confidently and clearly in high-pressure circumstances.

A degree or certification in Computer Science, Database Administration, or any other applicable field.

Familiarity with: database design, documentation, coding, programming languages (API), and Database Administrator case tools (frontend/backend), knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, ext.

Entry-Level Database Administrator

The essential function of a Software Developer is to apply software development principles and practices when creating new concepts, developing prototypes, or testing existing software. You will be implementing software – that you made - for our clients to improve the functionality of their web and mobile solutions.

We are looking for candidates willing to work hard and put in the time and effort it takes to become stellar Software Developers.

You will deliver, manage, and maintain software products from conception to deployment.

Provide estimates detailing the amount of time and effort it will require you to complete a project and submit it to your project manager.

Use your knowledge of programming languages and the tools you are given to analyze and rewrite primitive designs.

Test the functionality of the software that you have developed before deployment.

Stay current and fluent in all relevant, emerging technologies.

Perform other duties as they are assigned (such as peer-to-peer code reviews, project planning sessions, ext.)

Train other team members on your product as necessary.

You should be capable of being transparent with team members and leaders about issues that may arise throughout the development and deployment process.

Any prior knowledge of coding languages, databases, or frameworks.
